What is the return policy for Borderfree?

Orders shipped via Borderfree are eligible for return. Return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.

How do I return my Borderfree order?

If you want to return an Ariat product purchased via Borderfree, contact Ariat Customer Service to start the return process. They will provide you with a Return Authorization and a shipping label.

How will I be refunded?

Refunds for returned items will be credited to you by Borderfree, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. You are responsible for all costs associated with the return shipping.
